3,000

Yesterday, Shane and I were able to take in a Braves game. Around 1:00 yesterday I thought, "Hey, wouldn't it be fun to go up to a Braves game to see John Smoltz get his 3,000th strikeout?!" So I called up Shane to see what he thought and it all worked out for the boys to be taken care of for the night. It isn't often that we can just take off on a whim anymore like that, but we had a lot of fun and Smoltz did get his 3,000 strikeouts. It was pretty cool to see. John Smoltz is probably my favorite Brave anyway. I like his loyalty to the team and we also have a baseball that he signed to Dalton.
